For the $800 per night price tag, the Premier King Room felt smaller than expected, and the pillows provided minimal comfort. While the dining options include a bar and restaurant, both areas are quite cramped, making the experience below par, especially when paying premium prices for food that doesn't live up to the hotel’s standard. Additionally, the absence of a minibar in the room was disappointing considering the room rate, and valet parking can be rather slow at peak times, which could be frustrating.

The beds were like clouds, and our room was spacious! Those hologram chocolates? Quite the sweet surprise! Total luxury class act.
